First of all, the series is called "Free Series", it's meant for new players to be able to join and start SimRacing in a great environment. Second of all, we have some keyboard and joypad players that can drive cleanly with some assists on, that's why it is on "Free choice". Last but not least, this is set on "Free choice" which means that, as joining the championship or not, you have the choice ! If you want to join, then join, if you don't, ignore it ! Damages, tyre degradation, fuel consumption are ON. I play with Get Real settings and I fight with players using these same settings, whereas beginners and Amateur settings players fight together.
